Ever think about how the taste of your coffee is affected by what you are using to brew it with. I am a huge fan of switching up methods to change the overall feel of the coffee I drink. I love all the methods: V60 pour overs, Chemex, Aeropress heck I even use one of those cheap hotel 1 cup brewers from time to time to do a kind of personalized on the go cup. No matter what method you use know this, the brew method matters. Make sure you are measuring things out, get yourself a scale and weigh the coffee. Don't just accept any grind, go for a burr grinder and try the more course grind for a lighter taste.
