Diego's groundbreaking processing methods are well-known, but his Pink Bourbon stands out as a beautiful, traditionally washed coffee. This particular batch underwent a straightforward washed process, where only ripe cherries were hand-picked, pulped, washed, and fermented for 72 hours. The cherries were then dried using "The Titan," a specialized condensation-dehydrator designed by Finca El Paraíso.  We roasted these beans fresh to ensure that you can experience their unique flavor for yourself. For those with an elegant palate, this coffee will become a beloved daily indulgence.
